- Our space has - Diffused Natural Light through the windows most of the day
- For our indoor lighting, we have Philips Hue, so the colours can be changed at will.
- Parking in this area is very tight
- you might find a spot if you are lucky. For ease, take a cab!
- Furniture can be moved, rearranged at the exit
- Pets are allowed
- Outside food is allowed
- No Smoking inside the house
- No Alcohol consumption
- Crew over 18+ years
- Outside footwear not allowed, remove at entrance or use shoe covers
- Models can wet-wipe footwear for shooting purposes
