The Mood Studio
Many worlds on one floor - every wall built to become a set
This multi-set photo and film studio in West Delhi was built to hand you a new world every few steps. Walk in, and a deep-green plaster wall pulls the room into something slow and moody. Turn, and terracotta arches open into warm, low light. Nothing here is incidental - every surface was made to become a different set.
The range is the point. Hand-troweled plaster in jewel green, sand, and warm taupe. Earthy archways carved into ochre, anchored by a cane Chandigarh-style chair. A classic white panelled wall and a textured stone-grey panel, both on castors to roll into position. Theatrical velvet drapes in deep red and midnight blue. A brick-red set with century-style heritage doors and a sheer curtain that catches the breeze. And a white cyclorama - clean, curved, shadow-free, rigged from a black ceiling grid.
Whatever you arrive imagining, a corner of the studio is already dressed for it. Frame a skincare campaign against soft green shadow. Shoot a denim editorial in the arched alcoves. Record a podcast in front of blue velvet. Stage a baithak with the heritage doors holding the frame, or roll product across the cyclorama for clean motion. D2C teams find sets that flatter, filmmakers find pre-built drama, and creators find a dozen mood boards under one roof.
