A plush studio house in Gurugram, built room by room, each one finished down to the last sconce. Wood-slat columns frame an entry porch. Two lifts open and close on cue. A home waits inside, and none of it is rendered. This is built for the shots that usually cost you a location scout and a week of permissions. Frame an OTT domestic scene, a home-and-living campaign, an appliance film in a real working kitchen, an arrival in the porch, a corporate or thriller beat at the lift lobby. Every set is customizable, every room is functional for video and photo. Designed, built and run by people who shoot for a living - so it answers the way a crew needs it to.

Spaces in this studio:

1. A bedroom dressed in sage and terracotta, moulded panels catching warm light from twin sconces.
2. A bathroom of dark stone, wooden blinds and a backlit warm mirror.
3. A kitchen of grey shaker cabinets and brass pulls, glowing under-counter.
4. A home bar set into arched wooden niches, glassware lined like a still life.
5. A dining room under a soft cove of light.
6. A study with a cane-backed chair and a lamp left on.
7. A lift lobby with working lifts, which is rare to find in Delhi-NCR.

It's a whole house, not a single room. Bedroom, kitchen, dining, bar, bathroom, study, lobby, exterior porch - a full domestic world under one roof. A production can shoot a character's entire day without them shifting spaces - that's saving the line scout-and-permission budgets.
